A Parent’s Guide to Halloween

When: 9:30 AM Sundays
Engage with Halloween by diving into the theological themes underlying the holiday. We’ll explore a Christian attitude toward death, the mockery of evil, embodied rhythms of life, and the proper role of fear. Get answers to tough questions concerning Halloween, an appreciation of the origin and meaning of the holiday, and a Biblical-based plan for how to celebrate with one’s children.

Since 1961, St. Luke Lutheran Church has been a spiritual home for thousands in the East Valley.
The early Christians not only met together as a large church, but they also shared meals in people’s homes. Live out your faith in community with your neighbors. To encourage parents with young children to be in a small group, we offer partial reimbursement for babysitting costs.
