what to expect

We do our best to provide a welcoming atmosphere where people at all levels are able to engage with Jesus.  People come dressed in a variety of styles.  Our services usually last about an hour.

If you have any questions when you arrive on our campus, just look for a person with a large, blue "WELCOME" lanyard.

children & worship

We love having children in our worship services, but we also know it can be hard for some kids to sit through an entire service.  So, here are some alternative options for children during our services:

At our 8:00 and 10:30 services, children up to 3 years old can be checked into our professionally-staffed nursery.  Also, during the message at our 10:30 service, children ages 3-7 can attend Children's Church in our children's area.

For your convenience, first-time guests can fill out a short online form that will allow for a quicker check-in at our iPads when you arrive.  Click HERE to get started.

bible study hour

Every Sunday at 9:30 we have a dedicated time of Bible study for all ages.  To see the current list of what's offered during this time, check out our Get Connected Handout & Small Group Brochure.

Reopening Overview

We are excited to resume indoor worship services at our normal service times of 5:00 on Saturdays, 8:00 and 10:30 on Sundays.

Please understand that we cannot eliminate all risk when we gather for worship and classes (if you attend, you are assuming the risk).  This is why we have worked hard to enable people who may be at high risk of serious COVID complications to join our worship services and classes remotely via Facebook, our App, our website streaming, and Zoom.

Again, please keep in mind this is a constantly evolving situation, and these procedures may change at any time.

No RSVP System

We no longer ask for people to make RSVPs for worship!

families with young children

Our professionally staffed nursery is available again, as well as our toddler room.  We also provide kids activity bags and coloring bulletins available in the lobby as you enter our sanctuary.

During our 10:30 service, children aged 3-7 who are checked in to children's church (check-in is available at the lobby iPads) go with our Young Families Ministry Director, to their own room for a separate time of worship and learning.

Worship materials

You will receive a bulletin when you arrive, and there are welcome cards in the pews with basic information for our worship services.  New guests can fill out the back of a welcome card and drop it in an offering box (located near the exits) to let us know you joined us for worship. Offering envelopes and prayer request cards are available at the offering boxes in the back.  You can also use our app to check-in, submit prayer requests, donate, access the full bulletin, view the weekly readings, and see previous sermons among other things.

masks

City & county mandates no longer require people to wear a mask, and staying in line with these regulations, we no longer require people to wear a mask at our services.  We ask everyone to be gracious and respectful of others who may or may not keep their distance or wear their masks at our services.

in conclusion

We know there have been many changes throughout this process, and we are so grateful for everyone's patience and flexibility through it all.  If you have any questions or comments, please call our church office at (480) 969-4414.
